Please note that a non-refundable / non-transferable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your party is payable to confirm your booking and a minimum number of 10 children applies. Provisional party bookings will be held for a maximum of 3 days, if a deposit is not paid within the 3 days the party booking will be cancelled.

How to Book

We advise to book early to avoid disappointment. While we have facilities to hold more than one party at any one time, these slots fill up quickly, months in advance.

The quickest way to make a booking is to call us to check live availability. You can get through to our reception staff on 01505 33 66 55 between 10am and 7pm every day, alternatively, send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
